Cozen O’Connor’s Pittsburgh office is seeking a Client Account Specialist to act as a liaison for firm clients.The Client Account Specialist will provide top-tier customer service, as the main point of contact for designated clients.This is a hybrid role (3 days in office 2 days remote).
- Provide attentive service to clients, acting as a reliable liaison between them and our legal team
- Act as client service team lead having direct client communications both written and verbal
- Orchestrate work flows with attorneys and staff assigned to the client team
- Address routine inquiries, and escalating complex issues as needed
- Serve as the primary point of escalation, promptly resolving any concerns or questions to maintain client satisfaction and trust
- Shepherd strong client relationships, monitor ongoing matters, and provide updates accordingly
- Collaborate with our attorneys to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a proactive approach to help identify opportunities to enhance our client experience, streamline processes, and ensure that all client needs are met efficiently
- Perform billable tasks as warranted
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Expertise in written and verbal communication
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organization and scheduling skills
- Discretion and an ability to handle confidential information
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
