Location: South Africa – Remote
Hours: 14:00–23:00 SAST, Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Role Purpose

Own the day-to-day client delivery experience across a portfolio of MediaPath agency and brand accounts. Act as the bridge between clients and the technical delivery team, ensuring requests are understood, work is coordinated, reporting commitments are met, and issues are resolved quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Own routine client and agency communication relating to active campaigns, reporting, launches, and delivery questions.
• Manage account calendars, reporting schedules, status calls, open items, and internal follow-through.
• Triage client questions and coordinate with Programmatic Operations, Data, and Dashboard teams where technical input is required.
• Translate technical campaign and data explanations into clear, concise, client-ready communication.
• Coordinate creative assets, tags, geographic requirements, timelines, and other launch dependencies.
• Walk clients through reporting and dashboard outputs and identify potential issues.
• Escalate delivery, relationship, and scope risks proactively.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and ensure commitments are recorded and followed through.

Must-Have Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, agency account management, client success, or a closely related environment.
• Ideally 4–6+ years of experience for independent client ownership.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to lead agency or brand calls independently and professionally.
• Strong project management, organisation, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and recurring deadlines.
• Good understanding of digital/programmatic media and campaign concepts.
• Strong judgment regarding when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.

Preferred Experience

• Programmatic campaign or DSP experience.
• Agency-side or white-label/reseller experience.
• Experience with media reporting or ad-tech clients.
• Familiarity with platforms such as DV360, Basis, Simpli.fi, Amazon DSP, Meta, or YouTube.

Success in the Role

• Clients receive fast, clear communication without needing to chase updates.
• Reporting and recurring deliverables are consistently delivered on time.
• Client requests are accurately triaged and communicated to technical teams.
• Risks and missing information are identified before they affect delivery.
• The technical delivery team can focus on execution without unnecessary client-management interruptions.

Important: This is a client-facing delivery role. It does not own sales, pricing, proposals, contract negotiations, renewals, upselling, or final media strategy.
