Client Account Management

Location: Hyderabad

Hybrid Mode Position

Requirements


As an Analyst and member of the Client Account Management (CAM) team in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for supporting specific client accounts through the development, management, and execution of strategic account activities. Your role will focus on providing optimized account support, increasing efficiencies in overall account management, and assisting in developing strategies to position the company with key executives, with the goal of building the firm’s top-line revenue across all services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Management:

    Collaborate with senior stakeholders and independently manage end-to-end projects related to client relationship management, account operations setup, account planning, pipeline management, account contracting, and internal operations.


  • Client Strategy Development:

    Support the development and execution of client strategies for key target accounts.


  • Opportunity Management:

    Assist the account industry lead and senior members of the account management team with opportunity management, relationship building, reporting, and client knowledge.


  • Industry Reporting:

    Aid industry leads with industry-specific reporting and trend communication.


  • Account Governance:

    Provide support to senior team members with ad-hoc and recurring requests related to account governance.


  • Industry Research:

    Identify industry trends, assess client needs, and align our capabilities and marketing programs with Points of View (POVs).


  • Market Research:

    Conduct thorough secondary research on companies, sectors, and industries to create specific reports and marketing collateral.


  • Relationship Building:

    Coordinate targeted relationship-building opportunities to support the client service team in developing relationships with key executives.


  • Sales Support:

    Perform client and market research to support the creation of sales-specific collateral for accounts.


  • Account Operations:

    Support key account operations including stakeholder meetings, reporting, strategy execution, team communications, opportunity management, financials, research, and the Voice of Client feedback process.


  • Client Experience:

    Keep client experience at the center of the account team’s purpose and engagement by facilitating account team meetings, communications, and team site collaboration.


  • Workshop Contribution:

    Contribute to account planning workshops by creating pre-read reports, setting up workshops, and taking notes.


  • Service Offering Mapping:

    Understand the firm’s service offerings and map them to client needs and market trends.


  • Relationship Building:

    Build relationships across internal and external ecosystems by connecting with peers, subject matter experts, global counterparts, clients, and vendors to develop new ideas and create alliances.


  • Dashboard Creation:

    Leverage experience in building dashboards using Microsoft Excel and automating complex reports.


  • Compliance:

    Adhere to the firm's policies on independence, confidentiality, non-solicitation, and intellectual property.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Master’s degree.

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management or business development support.

  • Mastery-level written and oral communication skills.

  • Proven track record in sales support for complex services to complex organizations at both strategic and operational levels.

  • Experience in account and contract sales support.

  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with a focus on building relationships with internal and external clients.

  • High accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate with culturally diverse offshore teams across different time zones.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio), with proven expertise in Advanced Excel.

  • Experience working in a professional services firm.
