About the Role

Are you seeking an opportunity to have an impact, innovate through your problem solving, and grow professionally? We’re now seeking a Client Account Executive to be based out of our La Zenia office. In this role, you will be at the forefront of client interactions and quotation inquiries for our diverse international portfolio in the Costa Blanca region. While we are deeply embedded in the property sector, your focus extends far beyond just real estate transactions. You will look after our clients' ongoing, day-to-day foreign exchange requirements and general inquiries. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with clients, delivering persuasive pitches, managing registrations, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. You will also identify and cultivate trading opportunities and see them through to execution. Your performance will be crucial in achieving and surpassing both sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the organization. Your contribution will play a vital role in our success and the long-term satisfaction of our valued clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the primary office-based point of contact, managing inbound inquiries from walk-in clients, phone calls, and emails. Deliver compelling service pitches, handle daily client requirements, and guide them smoothly through registration and account allocation.

  • Trade Execution & Revenue Growth: Identify proactive trading opportunities within our database and incoming leads—catering to both one-off property payments and regular, day-to-day transfer needs—and follow through to successful client currency trades to achieve targets.

  • Ongoing Account Support: Address daily client queries, resolve issues, and maintain comprehensive, updated records within our CRM system to ensure excellent ongoing service.

  • Operational Administration: Handle general administrative duties essential to the day-to-day workflow and seamless running of the La Zenia office.

What You’ll Need

  • Sales & Customer Experience: Proven track record in a sales or customer service environment, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding targets and managing ongoing customer relationships.

  • Language Mastery: Fluency in both English and Polish is essential. You must be completely comfortable conducting business, delivering pitches, and handling financial conversations in both languages to support our core international clientele.

  • Numerical Literacy: Confidence working with numbers, exchange rates, and financial figures under fast-paced market conditions.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to operate with high autonomy while seamlessly embracing a supportive team culture.

  • Organisational Skills: A strong work ethic paired with the organizational skills required to manage a high volume of diverse client requests and administration simultaneously.

Bonus Points

  • Multilingual Advantage: While English and Polish are required, fluency in Spanish or any other additional languages is a major plus to help us serve our highly cosmopolitan demographic.

  • Industry Background: Previous experience within FinTech, FX, PropTech, banking, or customer-centric financial services.

  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Costa Blanca expatriate community and the typical day-to-day financial needs of international residents.
