We are looking for a client focused and confident individual that isn't afraid of jumping straight into the deep end and working in a fast-paced environment.

The Part-Time Client Account Coordinator will work across a diverse range of household names, providing operational support, strategic advice & data analysis. A typical week can include creating and sharing presentations, providing insight through data analysis, engaging with clients & operational processes to support team reporting.

Time Management, attention to detail, and juggling conflicting priorities are essential in this role; if you can work under pressure, you will find this role an interesting and challenging opportunity! This role would suit someone dynamic, capable of prioritising tasks & eager to make a difference within the retail marketing space.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage program operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
  • Manage week to week operational processes to ensure client execution plans are implemented effectively and efficiently to meet field team requirements
  • Support the development of the strategic direction of the client's program
  • Work closely with the Client Service Manager to develop and present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the program
  • Reporting – weekly, monthly and at other times when required
  • Audits/Analysis to develop plans and recommendations to address opportunities to improve KPI’s / results

About You:

  • Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded, particularly within FMCG
  • Ability to compile data from various sources and mine data
  • Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processes
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • High level of written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
