What You Will Do
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for managing inventory within a warehouse by receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping items, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and clean, often utilizing computer systems to track stock levels and process orders; key duties include checking deliveries for damage, labeling items, and communicating with customers and vendors regarding shipments.

How You Will Make an Impact
• Responsible for monitoring material received and shipped from the facility, i.e., shortages as well as overages
• Create shipping / receiving documents; to include Pick Lists, Putaway Lists, Load Sheets, BOLs, and Packing Slips
• Responsible for logging in system inbound and outbound discrepancies, such as wrong product, incorrect quantity, and damages
• Prepare routine reports and file shipping receiving documents.
• Effectively communicate with Front Office clerk when needing to order office supplies
• Limits access to receiving / loading dock by unauthorized individuals
• Work in tandem with various departments and maintain a flexible attitude supporting all the work that helps to achieve organizational goals
• Coordinate damaged and defective products and make sure that it is accounted and handled properly

What You Will Bring
• Minimum (5) five years’ experience of Shipping / Receiving Office Clerk responsibilities
• Good communication, organization, time management, and basic mathematical skills
• Inventory, equipment operator certification, data entry, and computer skills may be required
• Experience working with a variety of WMS Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Understanding and knowledge of SAP ERP/MRP, Warehouse management systems, SAP, etc.
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Operational experience is preferred
