Job Description

As a Sales / Customer Service Clerk, you are primarily responsible for ensuring that our customers can rely on us.With your structured and service-oriented approach, you ensure that inquiries, quotes, and orders are processed smoothly and professionally – creating a positive customer experience.

Your tasks:

  • Providing expert customer support in writing and verbally during the inquiry, quotation, and order stages
  • Preparing customer quotations, including sales price calculations, taking the competitive landscape into account
  • Technical and commercial processing of customer orders
  • Communicating regarding scheduling optimizations and delays
  • After-sales services – communicating and managing complaints/returns
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Creating a positive customer experience through our services

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in customer service or sales
  • Fluent German and English (spoken and written), Arabic language skills are a plus, but not required
  • Strong customer focus
  • Intercultural competence and teamwork skills
  • Excellent time management skills and strong communication and coordination abilities
