The Team:
In this role you will work as part of the Paediatric Outpatients Clinics administration team at the Northwest Regional Hospital. You may at times also be required to work in the general Outpatient Clinics. Our hours of work are Monday - Fridays, with shifts varying 0800 - 1606 or 0830 - 1636. All applicants will be required to be available for both shifts.
The Outpatient Department at the Northwest Regional Hospital has 14 consulting rooms. We offer general medical, surgical, gynaecology, orthopaedic, respiratory, paediatric, stomal therapy, cardiology, cardiac rehab, neurology, neurosurgical, dermatology, endocrinology, infectious diseases, nephrology, staff health and various procedure clinics and nurse led clinics.
The team consists of administrative staff, nursing (EN and RN), graduate nurses, CNCs, Nurse Practitioner, and technicians. The environment is fast paced, ever changing and requires excellent time management skills on all levels.

Details of appointment:
Permanent part time, day worker, working 54 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
Additional fixed term hours may be available for the successful applicant and a pplicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
