Under general supervision, reviews and processes avariety of financial transactions, including purchase order (PO) invoices, non-purchase order invoices, non-catalog requisitions, and procurement card reconciliations; examines supporting documentation to ensure compliance with university policies and applicable regulations, verifies account worktags for accuracy, performs calculations related to multi-year transactions, and obtains required approvals; provides customer support andproblem resolution related to financial transactions; assists in the preparation of financial reports for management, auditors, and other stakeholders; supports process improvement initiatives; participates in ongoing professional development to maintain current knowledge of university, state, and federal regulations; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Any combination of progressively responsible related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment.
