Realizar faturamento de pacientes, reconhecimento e contabilização de receitas no sistema operacional – JDE

• Contabilização dos procedimentos

• Emissão de relatórios de cobrança/faturamento

•Emissão de NFs

• Autorização e acompanhamento junto a fonte pagadora dos procedimentos

• Alimentar o sistema com informações necessário ao faturamento

• Imprimir documentos necessários junto ao processo de faturamento

• Realizar o processo de faturamento e enviar conforme regra de cada fonte pagadora

• Apoio ao setor de recurso de glosas

• Providenciar todos os documentos comprobatórios que sustentam o faturamento, arquivando todos os documentos.

• Levantamento e acompanhamento de honorários médicos de turnos/plantões e consultório para solicitação de emissão de NF pelo prestador médico.

• Suporte a recepção com rotinas de faturamento/aprovações tolkens

• Atualizar tabela no sistema Única com contratualizações novas ou reajustes

• Cumprir normas, rotinas e procedimentos da Clínica;

•Auxiliar o superior imediato em projetos e trabalhos para os quais for convocado.

•Controle, solicitação e envio de documentações de arquivos ao prestador de gestão de arquivo.
