THE JOB AT A GLANCE
To dispatch goods effectively and efficiently and to control stock so that the variances are acceptable at month end and year-end.

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

To verify the correctness of the loading sheet.
To write short loads and credit notes
To inspect the quality of the bread to ensure adherence to standard
To ensure that the correct quantity of bread is transferred from production to dispatch
To summarize the bread reconciliation report of transfers against issues / orders.
To complete the wage norms for the shift to ensure the shift is effectively resourced
To inspect the trucks before they get closed and locked
To manage staff in accordance to company policy and maintain high levels of discipline
To maintain the required levels of stock.
To do other jobs as may be required from time to time
To drive the team connect and 20 keys and food safety
To ensure that, the clocking system is effectively used by all employees

Competencies
Team player, willing to go the extra mile, good people and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and motivate team

Detail orientated

Planning ability

Able to work shifts which also include overtime and weekends

Computer literacy essential

Good in oral and writing communication

Problem solving and decision-making ability

PC literate – MS office, NT Windows and MS Outlook

knowledge of the bakery environment

Qualifications

Minimum Matric and or relevant tertiary qualification
1 - 2years’ clerical experience
