Collects, reviews and inputs data into a computer processing system. Codes and inputs data from computer processing. Identifies and resolves production related errors. Maintains control logs, records and coding schemes to process source data using pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly report
• Work well in a fast paced environment.
• Update and input data into SAP
• Answer telephone calls and provide information/direction to both internal and external contacts
• Maintain paper file records
• Provide support by relieving other positions within the Business Area
• Must be reliable and be a team player
• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Education

Working Environment

Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi- functioning printer and calculator.Ability to travel to & from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. After hours work may be required.
