What you'll do:

The Sales Clerk plays a key role in maintaining Sud City's coffee and beverage station, ensuring customers have access to fresh, high-quality products in a clean, well-stocked environment. This position is primarily responsible for the beverage area and also supports front-end operations by assisting customers and operating the till during peak periods.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
• Maintain, clean, stock, and monitor the coffee and self-serve beverage area
• Prepare fresh coffee and beverages while ensuring product quality and freshness
• Clean and sanitize food service equipment in accordance with Food Safe standards
• Replenish supplies and maintain housekeeping in all self-serve food and beverage areas
• Process purchases and assist at the cash register during peak periods
• Merchandise products, perform quality checks, and ensure proper stock rotation
• Follow Food Safe regulations, company policies, and safe work procedures

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

• Have a passion for customer service and creating a positive customer experience
• Have Safe Food Handling Certification or are willing to obtain it
• Are self-motivated and able to work independently
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment
• Are available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
