Job Description

Responsible for assisting the operations with phones calls and trouble shooting in real time, Labor planning, Data entry, Routes, Additional tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Work Schedule: 8:00am- 4:30pm Sunday - Thursday

Pay: $21.00

Major Responsibilities:

• Various office and administrative duties, which may include handling accounts payable/receivable and collections, daily planning, office supplies, billing, maintaining database, email, and miscellaneous reporting
• Audit of reporting, maintain of files, customer service interaction, resolution of employee and driver equipment requests and pallet tracking.
• Involve Safety team as required by location
• Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
• Daily compliance reports
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• 2 years of general office experience required
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
