In this role, you will work directly with our administration team to manage daily workflows, project tracking, and community communication. Your focus will be on execution, organization, visual quality confirmation, and community connection.
Key Responsibilities
Document Management: Update and organize digital files utilizing Google Docs and Google Workspace.
Social Media & Community Posting: Share updates, news, and project details across organizational social media channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter) to support the Human Potential Project.
Quality Assurance: Review final public documents, publications, and marketing pictures to ensure accuracy, neatness, and professional layout standards.
Mailing & Logistics: Handle incoming and outgoing physical mail, print coordinates, and basic physical file organization.
Customer Care Support: Monitor client service logs to guarantee community members and customers receive timely, accurate services.
Qualifications & Expectations
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a welcoming, positive attitude toward community members and clients.
Typing & Computer Literacy: Proficient typing skills and comfort using basic internet tools and Google Workspace applications.
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for checking pictures and documents for quality and presentation before release.
Reliability: Prompt, self-motivated, and eager to learn within a structured daily routine.
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent transitional program placement. No advanced technical experience required.
