Clerical - Specialized SupportProvides support for designated department. Assists in the development and implementation of special projects. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele.
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Occasional lifting five (5) to ten (10) pounds
• Frequent sitting
• Occasional bending, squatting, and standing
Support the SpEd and counseling department with scheduling IEP and 504 meetings.
Respond to telephone calls, route calls, assist staff, school personnel and community in regards to questions and concerns. Provide information to department staff through group emails.
Perform clerical support including: composing and editing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and photocopying.
Assist with the development of various projects and special events.
Create and submit postings for Department job openings.
Prepare reports for various department needs.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
