Job Description

Clerical Assistant/ Office Attendant in the School of Innovation (Ref.: 537271) (to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year, temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability).

Applicants should have 5 passes in HKCEE including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007) and Chinese (Level 2 from 2007), OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language and Chinese Language preferably with 2 years’ relevant work experience. They should be fluent in Cantonese and possess basic communication skills in English and Putonghua. They should also possess basic IT proficiency in MS Word and Excel, good customer service skills, be self-motivated, responsible and proactive. Those with less experience and/or lower qualifications may be appointed as Clerical Assistant.

The appointee will assist with daily office and supply management, clerical, logistics, and event support, as well as postal and mail handling, and perform other duties as assigned. Occasional off-campus work and outside office hours, including weekends and public holidays, may be required.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and/or written test.
