We are looking for a highly skilled Clerical Assistant for reception duties. This will include dealing with the public and pupils by telephone and face to face and other general office duties.
As a Clerical Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Admin Coordinator.

Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements
You are required to have a minimum of 4 qualifications at SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g. National 4, Standard Grades at General Level or O Grades).
Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
