This role centers on processing commercial vehicle title and registration transactions while supporting customer needs across multiple communication methods. You will review records, maintain secure documentation, and resolve discrepancies with accuracy. As a Clerical Assistant 3 with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, you will perform the following duties:
