Job Description

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Clerical Aide to support the GVSD Transportation department through our partnership at Great Valley School District (GVSD)!

  • Employer paid clearances & TB screening!
  • Location: GVSD Administration Building, 100 Lindenwood Dr Malvern, PA
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00-5:00
  • This is a year-round 12-month position (shortened hours during June & July)
  • The hourly pay rate is $20.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

  • 1. Data Entry
  • 2. Proficient in computer systems, data bases & excel
  • 3. Order supplies, scan documents for online files, manage emails and phone calls and prepare correspondence.
  • 4. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree - Preferred
  • Experience working in database systems, Word and Excel
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience performing routine clerical functions in an office setting

Credentialing Requirements:

  • Employer paid clearances & TB screening!

(Clearances within 12 months)

  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Education FBI - Use code 1KG6XN
  • TB Screening (current within 3 months)
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
