As we continue to grow, we're expanding our teams and are looking for Cleanroom and Packaging Assistants/Associates to join our state-of-the-art cleanroom facility.

Working in our cleanroom, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are safely packaged and prepared to the highest quality standards. This is a highly controlled environment, requiring full PPE and strict hygiene procedures to maintain the safety and quality of life-changing medical devices.

Shift Pattern:

Double Days – a two week rotation consisting of one week of early shifts followed by one week of late shifts. Salary starting from £24,900.00 - £25,300.00 + 20% shift allowance - total salary: £29,880.00 - £30,360.00 + bonus!

  • Earlies - 5.30am - 14:00 Monday to Thursday, 5.30am - 11am on Friday
  • Lates - 13:45pm - 22.15pm Monday to Thursday, 10:45am - 16:15pm on Friday

As a Cleanroom and Packaging Assistant/Associate you will;

  • Print labels and process all products through the packing area.
  • Carry out quality checks on all clean room assembled products.
  • Ensure correct labelling on all packaged products.
  • Carry out visual inspection of coated products.
  • Operate the Amsonic passivation line automatically and manually.
  • Prepare shipments to send to Coating and Subcon polishing.

The ideal Cleanroom and Packaging Assistants/Associates will have/ be:

  • A good standard of secondary education or work experience that demonstrates commitment to a role.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Able to follow quality standards.
  • Reliable and committed.
  • Happy to work on shifts and wear full PPE.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and always demonstrates motivation
