Reports To: Mitigation Manager

What You'll Do

As a Cleaning Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping property owners recover from unexpected disasters by:

  • Responding to water, fire, storm, and other property damage emergencies
  • Cleaning homes and businesses after fire or after repairs, cleaning contents
  • Operating specialized equipment and technology
  • Working closely with homeowners, business owners, and insurance professionals
  • Demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and urgency during difficult situations
  • Taking pride in delivering exceptional results and restoring peace of mind
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking motivated individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and committed to helping others.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
Previous restoration experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
