We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented full time Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and disinfection services across a variety of commercial and residential environments.As part of our professional cleaning crew, you will use industry-leading equipment, environmentally friendly products, and proven methods to ensure every space meets our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Wage: $22 - $28/hour (depending on experience). Full time positions 40 hours/week Core Responsibilities

  • Perform routine janitorial and specialty cleaning services (offices, commercial facilities, and residential spaces)
  • Clean and maintain carpets, upholstery, floors, and other surfaces using approved techniques
  • Disinfect high-touch areas to support workplace health and safety standards
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use eco-friendly cleaning products properly
  • Complete deep cleaning, specialty cleaning (e.g., biohazard, estate, or post-construction), and maintenance programs as required
  • Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure client expectations are met
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is an asset (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and handle cleaning equipment responsibly
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and job sites as needed
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Criminal Record check upon hiring
