We are seeking a proactive and experienced Cleaning Team Supervisor to manage operations at our Tyseley depot.
This is permanent night shift and shift times are 18:45 - 06:00.
This is a safety-critical role responsible for delivering high-quality train cleaning services through effective team-management, planning, and resource management.
You will oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring customer expectations, quality standards, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved. The role requires a skilled manager who has a focus on safety and compliance along with the motivation to improve processes and team performance.
To ensure continuity and an effective delivery of service, successful candidates will be required to commit to a minimum 14-month period in role after achieving competence. This also includes existing colleagues who move by internal promotions and transfers. This time allows our future colleagues to support personal career development by allowing time to build strong knowledge and expertise.
