Job Description

The Opportunity
In this role you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the Distribution Centre, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will provide on-site supervision of the Cleaning Team Members and Leading Hands across all shifts.

Full time Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage the induction of all new Team Members according to both City and Coles requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance of food safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the DC, while adhering to all Health and Safety procedures
• Ensure the correct use of chemicals, equipment and machinery by all team members
• Develop strong working relationships and a positive team environment.
• Work with team members to ensure work schedules are completed to quality standards, within required time frames.

To be considered for this role you will:
• Previous experience supervising cleaning team members, including roster management. Ideally in the food service industry or commercial supply chain environment.
• Current driver’s licence and vehicle (desirable)
• Build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Intermediate to advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Ability to work flexible hours when required.
