Job Description

Based in Springvale, VIC you’ll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres—providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high quality cleaning services on time
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and spot clean
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Supervise and support team members on site
• Act as first point of contact and escalate issues
• Manage equipment, supplies, and stock
• Follow all OH&S requirements

What We’re Looking For:
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous cleaning experience
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Smartphone for work communication
• Valid Australian working rights
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
• Must be willing to obtain a Police Check and/or WWCC
