Join Our Cleaning Crew!
Based in Estella, NSW, you’ll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres—providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope.
• Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
• Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks.
• Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands-on support.
• Act as first contact for on-site queries and escalate urgent issues.
• Manage equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock.
• Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous cleaning experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead a small team
• Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous)
• A smartphone for work communication.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Driver’s licence and reliable car (essential)
• Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
