Clean Team Inc. is hiring dependable Cleaning Support Technicians to join our commercial cleaning team in the Greater Grand Rapids Area.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Evening shift
• Occasional weekend work may be required

What You'll Do

As a Cleaning Support Technician, you will help keep offices and commercial buildings clean, safe, and ready for daily use.

Your responsibilities include:

• Clean offices, conference rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust furniture, desks, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies.
• Deliver cleaning supplies and materials to job sites as needed.
• Learn new cleaning sites quickly and follow site-specific requirements.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and correctly.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Complete assigned work on time and maintain quality expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be dependable and arrive on time.
• Work well independently.
• Stay organized and manage tasks effectively.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Be willing and able to learn new locations and procedures.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift light items during each shift.

Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, housekeeping, office cleaning, or facility maintenance is helpful but not required.

This position serves customers throughout the Greater Grand Rapids Area, including communities such as:

Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Wyoming, Walker, Rockford, Ada, Cascade, Byron Center, Caledonia, and surrounding areas.
