• Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple locations
• Ensure buildings are cleaned according to company standards
• Train and mentor new and current employees
• Conduct quality inspections and follow up on any issues
• Assist with cleaning duties as needed
• Maintain effective communication between staff, clients, and management

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader
• Experience in commercial cleaning
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
