Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centres, logistics facilities and land lease communities. This long-term partnership reflects Downer’s strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering high-quality services at scale.

We currently have an opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, located at Stockland Wetherill Park Town Centre.

The rostered hours for the Cleaning Supervisor are as follows:

Monday – Friday 8am – 4:00 pm

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Manage times to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within required deadlines
• Ensure cleaning programs are implemented based on approved systems and techniques
• Provide direction, guidance and leadership to ensure that staff present themselves, their equipment and the department to the highest standards
• Follow health and safety procedures while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining a professional approach

What You’ll Bring

• 2-5 years commercial cleaning experience preferably in a shopping centre environment
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Understanding of workplace health and safety and basic sanitation practices
• Good time management skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and report issues as required
• Certificate II or IIII Cleaning Asset Maintenance (advantageous)
• Must have Working with Children’s Check or be willing to obtain
• Prepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks which includes National Police Check and health declaration.
