Aramark are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor to join the Aramark Workplace Solutions team. The Cleaning Supervisor will manage the Aramark service delivery on Cleaning Contracts. They will use their experience and skills to deliver services to the client in a cost effective and innovative way. Reporting directly to the Area Cleaning Manager, the role holder will manage a team of cleaners.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all weekly and monthly timesheets are collated accurately and submitted by the required payroll deadlines.
• Manage Aramark stock on site, ensuring proper control, usage, and completion of monthly stocktake reports.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is stored correctly, maintained in good working order, and that any issues are highlighted promptly.
• Respond to client queries in an effective and timely manner.
• Arrange cover for cleaners and mobile cleaning specialists during periods of absence.
• Ensure daily compliance with biometric clock‑in procedures.
• Monitor and ensure all cleaning schedules are completed to the required standards.
• Meet weekly with the Regional Soft Services Manager, preparing reports on completed tasks, resolved issues, and items requiring escalation.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and deliver monthly Health & Safety toolbox talks.
• Manage staff performance and disciplinary matters in line with company procedures.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and service improvements on client sites and communicate these to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Cleaning Supervisory role (required).
• Good standard of education.
• Full BICS Training (preferred).
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi‑task and work on their own initiative.
