Job Description

Aramark are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor to join the Aramark Workplace Solutions team. The Cleaning Supervisor will manage the Aramark service delivery on Cleaning Contracts. They will use their experience and skills to deliver services to the client in a cost effective and innovative way. Reporting directly to the Area Cleaning Manager, the role holder will manage a team of cleaners.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure that all weekly and monthly timesheets are collated and returned by the appropriate deadlines and as per payroll Instructions.
To ensure that all Aramark stock on site is properly managed and that all monthly stocktake reports are completed correctly.
To ensure all equipment is stored correctly and is in good working order and highlight areas of concern in this area.
To ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly.
Arrange cover in absence of cleaners and mobile cleaning specialists.
To ensure that the cleaning schedule for all areas is carried out satisfactorily.
To meet with the Regional Soft Services Manager weekly with a prepared report updating on any issues that they have resolved or issues that need to be raised to a higher level.
Host staff meetings and hold Health and Safety toolbox talks on a monthly basis.
Deal with all staff performance, disciplinary issues in line with company procedures.
Identify opportunities for innovation on client sites and communicate these to the regional manager

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar Cleaning Supervisory role
Good standard of education
Full BICS Training (Preferred)
Excellent Personality and Customer Service Skills
Strong IT skills to include the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative
