A Cleaning Operative is required for a full-time remote role. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks across commercial properties, homes, and specialty projects. Responsibilities include power washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and following detailed cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Full training will be provided for all aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks in commercial and residential settings according to company procedures

• Carry out specialty cleaning projects including power washing, soft washing, and window cleaning

• Follow safety guidelines and quality standards for all cleaning operations

• Complete checklists and maintain records of work performed

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently

• Work independently to plan and execute assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning an advantage but not essential (full training provided)

• Strong work ethic and ability to follow cleaning checklists and procedures

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and operate equipment
