BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting for a cleaning operative for our FM segment of the business and you will be based out of Dumbreck House in kilsyth. Working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 4.00pm to 8.00pm.
Pay: £12.71 Per Hour.

• Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises.
• Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate.
• Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas.
• Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste.
• Clean and maintain waste bins.
• Refill and replace consumables.
• Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person.
• Lock rooms after cleaning.
• Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate.
• Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times.
• Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures.
