In this role, you'll:

Play a crucial part in delivering major heavy-duty cleaning across our network, working as part of a close-knit team. You’ll support cleaning operations across multiple stations, including those in the North West region.

You will take pride in your work, prioritise health and safety, and carry out deep cleaning of but not limited to stations, car parks, and bus interchange areas. Your work will contribute to providing a safe and clean environment for our customers and the community. This role offers valuable hands-on experience, along with ongoing support and opportunities to learn and grow.

This is a permanent night shift position, and successful applicants must be available to work Sunday to Thursday nights. The role involves shift work, including weekends and some public holidays, with additional hours potentially required at short notice. An allowance is payable on top of the applicable hourly rate.



About you



The Flying Gang team is built on a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and customer focus. You take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and consistently follow safety procedures.

You bring a patient, can-do attitude and are open to collaboration within a cohesive, high-performing team. You are organised, manage your time effectively, and can adapt to fast-paced or changing environments.

You are willing and able to commit to night shift work and hold a valid NSW Driver Licence, as well as access to your own transport to travel to and from work locations.

Applicants will need to complete merit-based selection activities and will be subject to satisfactory medical and functional assessment, drug & alcohol and criminal record checks as part of the selection process.
