Plant Aesthetics Team Member - Limpieza (Swing Shift)

Location: Lynden Door – 2077 Main Street, Lynden, WA 98264
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30 AM – 11:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

What You’ll Do

As a Plant Aesthetics Team Member, you’ll support our team by ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and ready for daily operations. This role includes:

• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including restrooms, break rooms, lunchrooms, and common areas
• Assisting with event setup and cleanup
• Occasionally cleaning office spaces
• Replenishing supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Cleaning windows and plant barrels
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Emptying wastebaskets, trash, and recycling containers
• Maintaining building entries, ramps, railings, and walkways by removing debris
• Cleaning equipment after use and ensuring it remains in good working condition
• Reporting any building repair or maintenance needs
• Demonstrating professional conduct and mutual respect in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need prior custodial experience, but these qualities will help you succeed:

• Proficiency with standard custodial equipment (vacuum, mop, etc.)
• Ability to perform cleaning duties specific to Lynden Door’s needs
• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual attendance

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb, pull, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, and crouch
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage: $21.75 per hour (Base pay $20.00 Plus a shift premium of $1.75)
