Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised work environment in all areas of the company. The Cleaner will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all facilities are kept clean and tidy.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out reactive and scheduled cleaning across residential properties
• Perform deep cleaning, rubbish removal, and presentation works as required
• Clean common areas, vacant properties, and external spaces
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
• Report maintenance concerns and property issues where identified
• Load, transport, and handle cleaning equipment and supplies between sites
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle and equipment
• Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests
• Deliver professional service while interacting with occupants and stakeholders
• Work independently while coordinating with the property management team

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred (reactive, commercial, residential, or property cleaning highly regarded)
• Ability to carry out physically active work and handle manual tasks throughout the day Comfortable working across multiple locations and environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Valid Australian Driver Licence preferred
• Reliable and available for an immediate start
