Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire

Shift Pattern Monday to Friday - 40 hours. 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Hygiene Operative / Cleaner to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

As a member of our Hygiene Team, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout production and ancillary areas.
  • Clean and sanitise production equipment, machinery, workstations, and communal areas.
  • Follow all health, safety, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
  • Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Complete cleaning schedules and documentation accurately.
  • Support other departments as required to meet operational needs.
  • Identify and report any hygiene, safety, or maintenance concerns.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and clean working environment for all colleagues.

Desirable

  • Previous cleaning experience.
  • Experience working within a food manufacturing, food production, or catering environment.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate / Food Safety Level 2 qualification (or equivalent).
