bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Cleaner to join our office in Limassol

Location bbf: office in Germasogeia, Limassol.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 (with 1h or 30min break).

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Performs cleaning of office premises, corridors, stairs, verandas and bathrooms / Καθαρισμός γραφείων, κοινόχρηστων χώρων, σκαλών, βεραντών και WC
• Removes dust, sweeps and mop, floors, ceilings, doors, furniture and carpets by hand or using machines and tools. / Ξεσκόνισμα, σκούπισμα, και σφουγγάρισμα
• Cleans and disinfects toilets, sinks, and other sanitary equipment / Απολύμανση επιφανειών
• Refill of paper/soup dispensers / Αναπλήρωση αναλώσιμων (χαρτί, σαπούνι κ.λπ.)
• Collects garbage and takes it to the designated place. / Συλλογή και απομάκρυνση απορριμμάτων
• Keep clean entrance door, lobby and parking areas
• Keep high hygienic standards in all areas
• Replacement of the kitchen lady for 2 hours – preparing/serving beverages / Υποστήριξη κουζίνας για 2 ώρες (προετοιμασία/σερβίρισμα ροφημάτων)

Requirements for the position:

• 3-5 years of Proven experience as a Cleaner / 3–5 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
• Good knowledge of Greek and English Language, Russian will be consider as an advantage / Καλή γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών (Ρωσικά θα θεωρηθούν επιπλέον προσόν)
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Attention to details
