Citycare Property is looking for two experienced Cleaners to join our team at Burnham Military Camp.

As part of the team supporting one of New Zealand's largest military bases, you'll help keep facilities clean, safe, and ready for the NZDF personnel who live and work on site.

This role involves operating a range of commercial cleaning equipment, including buffers, scrubbers, and polishers. Full training will be provided, but you'll need to be comfortable learning to use machinery as part of your day-to-day work.

What You’ll Be Doing | Ngā Kawenga Takohanga
• Cleaning offices, accommodation blocks, amenities, and shared facilities
• Operating commercial cleaning equipment including scrubbers, buffers, and polishers (full training provided)
• Delivering a consistently high standard of cleaning across the site
• Safely handling cleaning chemicals
• Following cleaning schedules and site procedures
• Working closely with teammates to keep facilities looking their best
• Working safety and in compliance with all health & safety, quality and environmental standards and expectations.

What We’re Looking For | Ā Mātou e Rapu Ana:

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and understands the importance of delivering a high standard every day.

You'll bring:
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is ideal
• Experience using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• Confidence using, or willingness to learn to operate, commercial cleaning machinery such as scrubbers, buffers, and polishers.
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• A willingness to roll your sleeves up and help wherever needed
• The ability to work efficiently and stay on top of your tasks
• Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
• A commitment to health and safety
• A Full Class 1 Driver Licence

You'll also need to be eligible to work in New Zealand, pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and Criminal Record Check, and meet NZDF security requirements.
