We are seeking a Permanent Full-Time Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who genuinely takes pride in presentation, cleanliness, and maintaining exceptional standards within a premium environment.

The Role

As part of our Housekeeping team, you will help maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all areas of the facility, including:

• Gym floors and strength spaces
• Group fitness and reformer studios
• Wellness and recovery areas
• Spa and amenities
• Café and member lounge spaces
• Bathrooms and change rooms
• Back-of-house and staff areas

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining immaculate presentation standards throughout the facility
• Completing daily cleaning schedules and operational checklists
• Ensuring all spaces remain hygienic, safe, and member-ready at all times
• Restocking housekeeping and bathroom amenities as required
• Reporting maintenance or presentation concerns proactively
• Following WHS procedures and safe chemical handling practices
• Working collaboratively with wider club teams to maintain a premium member experience

About You

• Reliable, proactive, and hardworking
• Experienced in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or high-traffic environments
• Extremely detail-oriented and take pride in your work
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced premium environment
• Physically capable of hands-on cleaning duties
• Well-presented with a positive attitude
• Available to work PM shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
