Janitorial Position; Weekend Shift Sat & Sun 10pm-6:30am - Mental Health Facility (Riverside, CA)
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our janitorial team at a mental health facility located in Riverside, California This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be dependable, respectful of the sensitive nature of the facility, and able to work independently during overnight hours.
You will excel in this position if you:
Have previous experience in a behavioral health setting or caregiving role
Remain calm, grounded, and composed during stressful or rapidly changing situations
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect toward individuals experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges
Feel motivated by work that directly supports patient care, safety, and overall well-being
Take pride in maintaining a clean, orderly, and secure environment
Are able to communicate effectively in English
