We are looking for a full-time cleaner at our student property near OU. Must have weekend availability to work weekend rotation. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the spotless appearance of our community to help provide the best resident experience possible. The goal is to act as a caretaker to our community and provide a courteous and quick response to the needs of our residents
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in common areas.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other necessary items in common areas.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any safety hazards, incidents, or property damage to management.
- Provide customer service as needed by residents
- Other tasks as directed and assigned.

Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with residents
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to navigate stairs regularly
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability to stoop, bend, and climb as needed
