SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, 5pm - 7pm, 10 hours per week

PAY RATE: £13.45 per hour

OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Cleaning premises for prestigious Client, includes kitchens, carpets and any surrounding areas.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Hoovering/mopping, cleaning offices and kitchens

- Carrying out deep cleans as required and using Vacuums and small scrubber drier – training provided

- Ensuring premises are safe and disinfected regularly

- Removing waste, replenishing consumables and supplies and attending reactive jobs (spillages)

- Customer Service as working along Client and Client’s staff

Person Specification:

- Must be well presented and good communicator

- Must have a can-do attitude and polite and approachable demeanour

- Hardworking and proactive, good timekeeping and attendance record

Essential

• Previous cleaning experience preferred with focus on unsupervised work and prioritising workload

• Strong customer service/care and leadership skills

• Problem solving and time management skills desired

• Ability to work to set schedules and on own initiative

• Flexible and proactive attitude essential

• Understanding & knowledge of health and safety policies

• Needs to represent ABM values on site by being presentable, uniformed, and helpful at all times Willing to go the extra mile

• Always follow Company Policies and procedures

• Ensure that the work environment and equipment are safe and well maintained

• Identify and correct hazardous conditions
