Clean Utility Supporter (maternity cover)

Would you like to help ensure stable production and high quality in a GMP environment? Do you have technical understanding and enjoy working closely with Production and QA? Then this maternity cover position as a Clean Utility Supporter in Kalundborg could be your next opportunity.

Your new role

As a Clean Utility Supporter, you will be an important part of daily operations, ensuring stability and quality in our purification processes with a focus on clean utilities and their interaction with production equipment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to stable operations and production through technical support and problem-solving
  • Supporting timely release in close collaboration with QA and Production
  • Monitoring and following up on water qualities while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements
  • Handling deviations and coordinating solutions across functions
  • Driving improvements and optimisations of utilities and mechanical installations

In addition, you will take on responsibility as Equipment Responsible, working with Good Engineering Practice (GEP) in connection with maintenance, optimisation, and minor rebuilds. You will ensure a clear overview, assess impact on product quality, and support regulatory requirements in connection with changes and challenges.

Your new department

You will become part of the Utility Support team in M2 Recovery, which is part of PS Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (PS-API) in Kalundborg. Here, we work with recovery of both insulin and GLP-1 in a highly specialised production environment.

In M2 Recovery, we are around 260 colleagues across two production lines, with several ongoing capacity expansion projects. The Utility Support team consists of 17 dedicated colleagues who collaborate closely with Production, QA, and Maintenance to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a technical environment and is motivated by creating solutions in close collaboration with others.

To succeed in this role, we expect that you:

  • Have a relevant educational background (e.g., engineering or technical background with further education)
  • Have experience from a production environment – preferably within pharmaceutical production
  • Have knowledge of GMP and preferably Good Engineering Practice (GEP)
  • Have a strong technical understanding of equipment, mechanical systems, and documentation
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively in English
  • Danish is an advantage

As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, and able to maintain an overview in complex situations.

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 499,600 to 734,400DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.

Incentives and Benefits:The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
