Job TitleClean Shop Technician

Department: Building 2 CF6 Engine Shop Department 078

Reports ToJustin Merillat (Manager)Joe Lorenz (Supervisor) Patrick Odell (Lead)

POSITION PURPOSE:

Clean engine parts and components per applicable manual

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Read and interpret maintenance instructions, such as SPM, Engine Manual, Routine task cards, etc. as applicable.
  2. Ensure that all work is performed and documented in accordance with Kalitta Air and FAA requirements.
  3. Follow all Kalitta Air and FAA policies and procedures.
  4. Follow all Kalitta Air Safety rules and procedures.
  5. Always keep a neat and clean work area
  6. Any other duties as assigned by the Lead or Supervisor

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Diploma or GED

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, write and understand spoken and written English.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to take verbal and written directions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to lift to 10lbs.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The employee will perform duties in a maintenance setting.
