🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔ Prepare metal parts for painting and coating
✔ Use hand and power tools to clean surfaces
✔ Inspect work for quality and accuracy
✔ Follow safety and quality standards to ensure top-tier production
✔ Work as part of a fast-paced, high-performing team
Position

Qualifications🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous manufacturing experience preferred (but not required)
✅ Willingness to be trained in:
- Quality & Safety
- Blueprint Reading
- Hand-Held Gauges
- Rust Prevention
- Weld Characteristics
- Final Inspection
- ✅ Ability to read and follow directions and operate machinery
- ✅ Strong attention to detail and quality
- ✅ Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods
- ✅ Ability to complete Job-Specific Standard Work Instructions and Job Safety Analysis
- ✅ Pulmonary Function Test required for roles using an air-supplied hood
