Job Description

As a Claviate Analyst you are responsible for analyzing and improving wind turbine installation processes using Claviate data and reporting. In close cooperation with site teams, regional stakeholders, and the Claviate team, you support productivity improvements, system performance, and operational transparency.

YOUR TASKS

  • Analyze Claviate videos and data to identify productivity improvement opportunities
  • Support wind farm sites in improving installation performance and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate and implement Claviate improvements covering hardware, procedures, training, manuals, and reporting
  • Monitor nodes, crane data, locations, availability, and overall data quality within the system
  • Ensure Upvise and Claviate correctly capture and transfer events, deviations, and stoppages
  • Create management reports and evaluate installation performance to support continuous improvement
  • Organize installation closures and maintain presentations, manuals, system documentation, and records

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in installation supervision, site management, commissioning, or renewable energy projects, ideally within the wind industry
  • Knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in international teams
  • Strong safety mindset with knowledge of RAMS, LOTO, or comparable safety procedures
  • Good English skills and confident use of MS Office; German, Spanish, or Portuguese are an advantage
