YOUR TASKS:

• Classified Data Protection: ensuring the protection of classified information and ICT systems used for classified information processing, including data and system security plans;
• Execution of Security Clearance Procedures: carrying out verification proceedings, including both ordinary and control verification proceedings;
• Access Control: managing personnel access to classified data, ensuring only authorized individuals with “need-to-know" access materials;
• Risk Management: assessing threats and vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments, and implementing mitigation strategies for classified data;
• Training & Awareness: developing and delivering security education in the field of classified information protection;
• Inventory & Tracking: maintaining accurate records and inventories of classified materials and assets;
• Oversight & Auditing: conducting periodic inspections and monitoring compliance with protection regulations.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Polish citizenship;
• Higher education;
• Possession of a security clearance issued by the Internal Security Agency (ABW) or the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW), as well as by the former Office for State Protection or the former Military Information Services or the ability and willingness to undergo the clearance‑issuing process;
• A certificate of training in the field of classified information protection conducted by the Internal Security Agency (ABW) or the Military Counterintelligence Service (SKW), as well as by the former Military Information Services or an expressed willingness to complete the mandated training;
• Professional experience in the field of classified information protection will be considered an asset.
