Job Description

Truro and Penwith Academy Trust, together with Liskeard Hillfort Primary School, are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced KS2 teacher, to teach one of our Year 4 classes, on a 0.4 contract. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to foster a love of learning in our pupils, creating an engaging and dynamic classroom environment. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are enthusiastic about promoting healthy lifestyles and integrating outdoor learning into their practice, making use of our fantastic school grounds and local area to provide enriching experiences for our children. You'll play a vital part in nurturing well-rounded individuals, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development.

We promote active and healthy lifestyles, and have a wonderful outdoor area, that we are constantly improving, to give our children a broad range of opportunities.
We believe that our children have the right to flourish, recognise their own greatness and continually develop as individuals, and feel that this will be achieved through delivering high quality teaching and learning which ensures children engage in a range of learning experiences which are challenging, relevant (to their lives) and meaningful.
